Other than the OS this laptop has been running great since my purchase of it almost a week ago. Couple with the fact I'm using an external hard drive keeping all data low on its 1th hdd this laptop operates fast and such a joy to operate.

It's an excelent laptop, it have a big storage capacity and a good processor. You could to install design programs and they would run very well. It's ideal for doing homework and entertainment like watching videos and movies and more.

Bought this laptop knowing it was on the low end, but only needed for email, internet browsing, etc. After turning off a lot of useless options in Windows 10, its performing adequately for the price point and the 4G memory hasn't been an issue so far. I think the best is the look and feel of the laptop, well built and the keyboard keys have a nice touch, albeit they are crunched together due to the keypad. No problems at all...

Really nice computer for the money. Not a stripped down unit that most places sell at this price.

We needed a laptop to replace our old and dying laptop. This laptop looked like a good value.

So much better than my old laptop. I am a fan of Dell and their products and this one does not disappoint. Much faster than my 4 year old laptop and lighter. It does the dishes too when asked.

This Dell computer is very good for the price, I'm not big on games so it does everything I need, the Wiindows 10 is a different format from the desktop that I have but it's easy to use.

You can't beat that! This laptop is very awesome for students. Lots of memory and a very good processor. The Celeron ones do not get even closer. Thanks Best Buy!!!

This is the third Dell and fourth laptop I've purchased and this is the best one I've had and the cheapest. This one has more features than my last Dell and is better than an HP one I purchased in 2014. I use it mainly for personal use and for watching game videos for the football team I help coach and this product does great.

Really good laptop if you don't want to spend a lot

Much quicker than the Toshiba laptop I replaced. I am not a big fan of windows 10, but I do like this laptop. It runs quietly, too. I wanted a nice, simple laptop for my son to do schoolwork on and for me to check email, nothing fancy or expensive. This works just fine for us.

I am more of a ThinkPad person and Inspiron line didn't impress me. The bigger problem was their customer service. People need to learn from apple on how an American tech support pays off in the end.

I've had it for a little over a month already and it's perfect for my needs! I use it for online school and it can handle having multiple programs opened at once. The only complaint is the touch pad, it's very sensitive and I find myself zooming in on pages all the time. It also doesn't allow you to scroll up and down on pages from there, you have to scroll to the bar. Overall, pretty great laptop especially for the price.

I am using this laptop.its really feel like DELL standard product.No problem at all.Light weight and faster than my previous lenovo laptop.I was using lenovo for more than 8 years now its time to say good bye to my old buddy.

This laptop is awful. I bought it with intentions to use for school, and didn't really start using until registering for fall semester. My backspace key doesn't work, and I've always had clean hands while using, and never had food or drink around it. (I have obsessive compulsive disorder, so I'm obsessed with clean). It's very slow and doesn't even work half the time. I paid for good virus protection, and I can't take it back because it's been 15 days. The return policy is bull.

It's a decent basic laptop, nothing fancy, not fast but it gets the job done for basic needs like email, internet, iTunes and MS Office. Not a fan of Windows 10 wish it could have come with 7 but what can you do.
