Doesn't have enough ram but it has enough storage 1T. Works very well for work.

IMPORTANT: NEVER BUY A DELL INSPRION LAPTOP. Mine is 7 months old and screen is separating from cover after hardly using the laptop and certainly not reckless handling. VERY POOR QUALITY LAPTOP and even more DEPLORABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Dell never offered hardware warranty when I made $1,000+ purchase but they did sell the Premium Phone Support. Why? Because they can charge you half the price of the laptop to repair it. You will spend HOURS on the phone even after paying for Premium Support being passed from one representative to another - none of them being of any help and none of them informing the next "pass-on-representative" of the issue so you will have to repeat yourself at least six times during one call. Take names, IDs, office locations, and supervisor names. Dell Headquarters will be made aware of this DEPLORABLE customer experience with representative details. AGAIN - NEVER BUY DELL INSPRION LAPTOPS or YOU WILL REGRET YOUR EXPENSIVE PURCHASE in 6 months.

Bought this laptop based on the 5 star rating from only 1 user review. Bad mistake. Very slow, The touchpad is horrible.Does not work half the time. And has so many pop-ups, and i have not even downloaded anything yet. Taking back today and will spend the extra few bucks to get a better one. Have never had good luck with Dell anyway. Just thought this was a good deal.. Wrong!!

I chose this laptop for one of the office workers that I support. I picked it because I like Intel processors and it came with a decent amount of RAM.

Excellent for school use and basic home activities. Terrific speed and ease of use. Storage capacity is perfect for photo files...Price was awesome!

While this computer may have some of the current technological features, I find using the keyboard and touch pad reminds me of a cheaper version. I wish I had done a bit more research.

Bought this one for my nephew in college. It is good for class works.

Needed a simple laptop for my husband for internet use. This met his needs. Was easy to setup and get him going.

This is the slowest laptop I have ever had the misfortune of owning. I don't need it for a lot of things, mainly internet surfing and some simple photo editing and storage, but I can't even get half the apps that came in the computer to open. When I turn the computer on, it takes forever to boot up, and once it does, takes even longer to open an app. It has been like this from the beginning. I probably should have returned it, and am now regretting I didn't.

Got this for my sister in assisted living. Easy to set up and operate. She loves it and the price was right.
