I purchased this Laptop sometime back and the Laptop screen stopped working after 2 months. I sent it to service center and expected that the Laptop will be repaired with no cost as it is in warranty. I got a call from Dell service center last Friday and they are saying that the Laptop's screen is not working because of a physical damage (which is completely false) and it would cost to get it repaired. The cost they they are saying is almost equivalent to cost of the Laptop. Its just a screen repair which was not caused by any physical damage from my side, but they are charging me for the repair and that too very high charge for the repair of screen. I could buy a new Laptop for the same price. I can assure that there is no physical damage from my side in the Laptop. I am completely disappointed with this Dell Laptop.

There's not one good thing I can say about this laptop. I've had alot and this by far was the worst. It's really slow. Poor picture quality. The sound! The sound is absolutely atrocious. Trust me, I'm not sure how it's rated so high because it's not anywhere near as good as it sounds. You may have to spend slightly more, but it's worth it. Hands down worst laptop I've owned.

i just got the laptop and i am very disappointed. it is VERY SLOW. you have to hit the keys several times just to get them to register on the keyboard. i will return it.

I am an 25+ years experienced computer user. I build my own systems and upgrade my desktops and laptops as needed. This laptop is as bad as an Apple product to upgrade, requiring too many steps to do something that is normally very simple and should only take 10 minutes or less. Even worse, you have to contact Dell for the documentation, which killed an hour on the phone talking to someone in India, I guess, as I could barely understand him. Once I got the documentation I realized it was not worth the time or effort to upgrade the RAM. Doing the HD is equally a hassle. Do yourself a favor, if you like to tweak your computers, don't waste your money on this one. Unfortunately, I can't return this to the store as I am 7 days over my return window.

All I really use this computer for is surfing the net. It is super slow to load pages and constantly freezes up. It's not my internet provider, as I have excellent internet service with every other device. I wouldn't pay $50 for this thing. There have to be better options out there. I didn't expect this as I always thought Dell was a good name.

This is a sorry excuse for a computer. I've been using personal computers since the early 1980s, and this is the worst by far I've ever used. The trackpad only worked 50% of the time, multiple crashes of stock Windows 10 apps, extremely cheap feel and build quality. Very unhappy with my purchase, returning as soon as the store opens.

Not very happy with the purchase. The laptop has lot of scratches and decided to return.

This computer never worked unless it was plugged in to the wall outlet. It came with the battery charged. We purchased it online and it came with a charge on the battery. Once the battery died, it wouldn't charge again. It doesn't recognize the power cord to charge but will stay on when plugged in. Then Best Buy was no help!

I have purchased many laptops but this was my first Dell product. I never had a laptop fail in the first week. During the first week the unit gave me 2 over temp warning,and shut down once because over temp. I returned this computer for a refund and I will never buy another Dell product. They are evidently very poor quality.

I have gotten this computer fixed 4 times! And it's still not good! This computer is so slow and so laggy!! Not worth $300 maybe worth $10

bought this for my sister in law. she used it for less than 24 hours and the mouse pad no longer pinch/zooms, movement is hit and miss as well. great price on the specs for this laptop but really bad technology on the mouse which is the main part of the laptop. returning today.

My grandson (13) saved his money for a long time to buy this. The day that he brought it home he was glowing. It did not last 90 days and the cost to repair it is more than the cost to buy it. That is the end of both Dell and Best Buy for this family!!

I don't know if I got a defective device or what. It kept freezing and lagging making it impossible to do anything. I gave up on trying after a few hours and just put it back in the box. Waste of time. Spend more money and buy a better one.

not indicate to anyone was the first purchase I made the computer dell unfortunately was a bad choice because it is very slow not comply with the description that speaks not buy more and not recommend to anyone worst experience

Because of its too slow processor. when it opened my browser it will take like 2min, very slow system, sometimes hanging them self and the only one good thing is a good battery back-up.

After couple of weeks it start buging. Working really slow. Computer is good just to enter internet and that's it, you even gonna get a problem creating a document. Not worth for money

Out the box, the cd quit working when installing virus software. Took ten minutes to boot up. Froze quite a few times. Expected more from an I3 processor with 4 gigs of ram.

Never worked right out of box. When I called dell support they wanted $99 before they would answer any questions. Tr turning to best buy and taking my business elsewhere

Horrible computer. We've used it only a handful of times because it keeps restarting and trying to update. It seriously took an hour to send one email.

Lags and froze up upon first 3 times using......quickly returned, no wonder I saw 3 open box items of this product sitting on the shelf
