This is my daughter's first laptop and it is well worth the value. She uses a PC quite a bit for on line gaming and uses Mac Books in school and wanted something to take her computing with her at home. This laptop has all the capability she will need at a good price.

Beautiful laptop, not crazy about the keyboard layout just a personal preference, it's heavy to carry so definitely a laptop that isn't for one's lap but desk Windows 10 blows - found XP & Vista much more user friendly and a quick study. OS feels bloated, no manually controlling updates, the opening panel is not built for privacy I loathe it and will be saving up now so that in a couple of years I'm switching to a Mac. Have really had it with Windows OS Now this and I'm not a happy camper about it....... I purchased the laptop on 14 Oct and when I pick it up tonight, I see a screw that had fallen out of the back of it. Turn it over and there are TWO screws missing from the back. Bringing it into BB tomorrow NOT HAPPY that screws are falling out of the back of this and it's only a month old. Does run smoothly though.... One last thing......the mouse is impossible to control, I've changed the settings etc and nothing works, it's absurd..... So I'm glad to have it, keeps me connected, can see using it as a spare at some point but right now it's the one and only....and I've had to stop myself from hurling it across the room at times.... YMMV

Great laptop for basic computing. It is perfect for my high schooler to take to school and do homework on. Has lots of space .

I bought this laptop online for sale . The shipping was fast , the price was very good . For basic use I would recommend this one . Very easy to set up , comes with 6 months of free anti virus software .

Great Dell laptop and the price is reasonable. My first Windows 10 laptop and has good memory and better with 1tb hard drive.

I needed a new computer. My was slow and outdated. I love my Dell it is easy to find what I am looking for and user friendly

For the price of this laptop I think it is a good deal. You would have to spend a good bit more to get anything much better.

The specs and combination of windows 10 makes this laptop useless. It is slow, takes forever to start up, and takes forever to be usable once you log in. I have not installed anything extra to it and it takes minimum 5 minutes before you should even think about opening the web browser after start up. This was intended to be used for browsing and online classes, and it can barely do that.

I bought a cheaper computer first and was not satisfied. I was trying to be cost effective because I do not use the computer for much besides the internet and the occasional Microsoft office document. The computer works well and did not cost me an arm and a leg.

Great laptop had bought another laptop very difficult. To figure out.the new Dell. Is great. Much easier to operate. Love it

Far more memory than our old desktop unit, and runs new operating system. Good wireless speed, battery life for portability.

This computer solves our needs for a very reasonable price. It is easy to use and it was easy to set up with our programs.

This is great laptop for any student or person who's looking to buy on a tight budget. Therefore you won't be breaking your bank too heavily on the more expensive laptops out there. This laptop has a durable processor of Intel Core i3, perfect for a college student working on simple stuff such as holding up multiple tabs at once. The processor may not be as powerful as Intel Core i5 or i7, but it's strong enough to handle your everyday laptop uses. The 15.6 HD Display is fine, not the best for a budget laptop but fine for screening videos, films, and some manageable games. The best feature that distinguishes itself from other laptops would be the spill-resistant keyboard. Overall really good laptop.

The computer is functional and works which is what my daughter needed. Looked at other stores best buy had the best price.

Look elsewhere. I don't know if its the computer itself, Windows 10, or a combination, but this is a mediocre computer and I wish I bought something else. It slows down at random points which is annoying. Storage is good, but get one with better RAM. As for Windows 10, Microsoft Edge is only okay and tends to crash a lot. It was also frustrating trying to get the superior Google Chrome to work on it.

I like the performance of this laptop. good for the price.

Computer works well. It's not a solid state drive so don't expect it to be fast as lightning. Good product for the price.
