Great productivity

I only had my laptop for a short period of time but ever since I purchased my laptop I have not had any problems. I have also had a Dell desktop for years and have never had an issue with it. I would recommend that all of my friends purchase a Dell computer. They have a lifetime customer in me.

Good laptop

New Dell Laptop
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased a Dell 15" laptop PC with Windows 10 installed to replace the HP Touch Screen laptop my wife had been using. The HP was purchased with Windows 8.1 and when it was upgraded to Windows 10, it stopped working properly, so it was replaced with the Dell laptop. This was an expensive way to correct a bad upgrade to the OS.

Awesome Buy for Home use

great basic lappy

I upgraded this to 16gb ram (yes, it can be done) and a 256gb ssd. It is a PAIN in the rear to do so, but with steady hands, it can be done. Now, it screams. The only drawback is the screen... kinda dull looking, but for my mother, big fonts, and fast boot up times are gonna be great.
