We got this as an open box return, so it saved us a couple more dollars. Our old laptop crashed the weekend before school started and was in a rush for a replacement. We didn't need anything crazy or top of the line, just a basic, great running, quality computer and that's what we got.

I was looking for an affordable laptop but also a computer able to perform the tasks need it for. I'm so happy with my Dell Isnpiron.

The customer service team did a great job of helping me to find a laptop that was in my price range and it's a likable brand. It's a very basic laptop that doesn't have a lot of features but definitely has what I need and more. The only issue I have with the laptop is that it is huge.

I love the size and price for 'how much computer' I get. I feel the young lady who helped me find this computer did an excellent job.

This computer is perfect for simple everyday tasks like web browsing, word processing, PowerPoint, or any other light computing. It's great for a college student that only needs it for browsing the internet and typing essays. The i3 is good enough and the computer is a solid choice.

I would definitely recommend the Dell laptop. I would NOT recommend upgrading to Windows 10

I asked for help in purchasing the right type of computer for my familys needs and this fits our needs. The battery life is long, just as it states, and it doesn't seems to get too warm while running, which I like as well. It is sleek and fits easily into our laptop storage case.

I really only got it because I needed a CPU to upload my diabetes insulin pump info to a website. Otherwise, I really don't need a CPU. It is a very nice one though, seems a but slow, but that doesn't bother me too much. I think it is a solid CPU if you only have minir intentions.

Nice item for the price. Works perfectly without issuss and good for people want to use a powerfuk processor with minimal issues

could not be more please with my purchase and even more pleased with the support have received from my local geek squad support!!! read reviews that said only thing lacking on this machine is the ram so as advised had my local precinct increase the ram to 8gb! pure perfection!!!!

This laptop is fairly full featured. It comes preloaded with windows 10 home which is a nice touch. The 4 GB of memory is about as low as you want to go. Overall the laptop runs great. The reason for four stars instead of five as it does not come with a VGA connector on the HDMI.

this was a deal of the day. great price for 15 monitor. good resolution great hard drive. started write up and have no problems.

This laptop is highly recommended when you use your computer in a light use form it's pretty responsive and gets the job done

thin fast and verry lightweight, the 1 tb hard drive can hold more pictures than ill ever be able to look at. awesome computer

main reason I bougt my good computer got broken by my roommate. and old reliable 6yr old one dead so needed to be able to use net so bought this cheaper mid range product. not impressed but cheap and works so guess its ok.

I bought this computer about 5 months ago and so far it has met my expectations; it is fast and has plenty of storage space.

My grand child asked me for a laptop and I found this one on sale. It took quite a bit of time to boot and even though it has 4gb memory ram its slow doing some tasks. The good thing is that is perfect for someone without looking for speed and more interested in disk space.
