My wife's HP laptop packed up after about 4 years and several fixes so we needed to replace it. We would've gone for another HP but, because this dell inspiron 15 3000 series was on sale, we went for it. So far so good, but nothing compares quite like my Apple mac computer.

Being an apple user for many years, I finally decided to try this new product. It was not easy to navigate at first but it did not take long to get the hang of Windows . Great product I would recommend to others

This is a cheap and dirty laptop. It does the job. As long as you aren't expecting i7 performance, this is a great machine.

This is a good laptop when the power supply is recognized by the computer, but in my Wife's case, this is not 100% of the time. Dell pacakged a 45W power supply with this laptop which can overheat and become unrecognized by the computer. When this happens, the cmputer performance is slowed to a crawl unless you opt to run from the battery (unplugging the power supply). I had to order a new 65W power supply from dell for $65 to overcome this issue because NONE of the 3rd party multi-configuration power supply vendors sell the specific tip for this computer in their kits! (OK, I tried Insignia and Targus, but other vendors would not list this laptop as compatible with their kits and the Targus and Insignia kits were BOTH missing a tip for THIS laptop).

Large storage space, fast, and very affordable when my laptop broke ... only downside I find it a bit heavy than the macs.

Good value to replace a desktop and a Chromebook. Light enough and slim enough to fit in a brief case and large enough keyboard to feel like a desktop plus good verbal search and good audio output .Good graphics. Not used for gaming so uncertain about those capacities.

Laptop is very slow but useful for day-to-day use..

I think this Dell is a great little laptop for the price. I am not computer savy but this laptop makes it easy for me to use.

I bought this through thanksgiving for a decent price nothing too cheap I thought but it's a great computer for the money.

solid choice for the money--all the basics on board-i always contact Dell to ask what i can delete to speed up processing..

Great everyday personal use laptop. Ease of set up and use. Very intuitive with a lot of bells and whistles you wouldn't expect on a Laptop in this price category. The Dell name makes it a good buy since the support is included as well as Best Buy including a virus package.

Bought this laptop because I needed a dvd/cd drive and the price was decent. It's so far been perfect for doing school work and working from home if necessary. Love that is has the built in 10 key, use it a lot. The keys aren't loud and the computer itself runs smoothly.

Just what I wanted. Needed more hard drive space and a faster laptop and it is just what I needed for my embroidery files

I wanted something very inexpensive, this was on sale and had the best processor for the price and the largest hard drive.

Flatter keyboard tough finding keys compared to regular key boards on pc. Windows 10 also new to me and after several months still not getting some of it. Hooked up wireless mouse and that helps. Like mobility. Was almost 2 big to maneuver on plane trip. Over all C+.

Needed a basic computer. Used for email and online shopping. (No video or gaming). Excellent price, great manufacturer.

I got this on DealofTheDay in 259.99$. Best laptop for the price and given configurations. It's working absolutely fine.
