I needed a computer in a pinch for a Fantasy Football Draft that night. I went online and saw several to choose from. I recognize the Dell name and this was a great price for a computer that I won't be using all the time. Was easy to order, picked it up that afternoon on the way home, went to the Geek Squad station in the store to have them help me turn it on and figure out how to get online ASAP. Was VERY satisfied with the whole overall process and the computer I got.

Easy to set up. Instructions are very clear. I would definitely recommend this lap top to my family and friends!!!

This laptop works great for beginners or those that don't mind waiting awhile. The system is slow to boot programs but once they are up and running it works just fine. It is a good value for the price paid.

Good laptop for internet browsing and low level computer programs. Not meant for gaming. It is also a good value.

My Brother in law works in IT and after lots of conversations with him and my very strong-willed 18 year old son, my brother in law and son decided on this laptop for his freshman year of college. It has everything he is required to have and more and the price is great!

We needed to replace a dead desktop in our office and chose instead to go with a good laptop (and use that as the hard drive, plugging in the old monitor -- for dual views - and old keyboard and mouse). This worked like a dream. Great laptop, very fast processor and plenty of memory. And, for the price, we couldn't find a better value. Very happy with this one. Highly recommend. It came with free (initially) anti-virus software, which we ignored and used our own.

Picked it up on sale price, for a starter, good browsing speed, has DVD drive, light weight. Works fast so fast.

Laptop is a good deal for the price I paid. Wide screen, bluetooth, CD drive, camera, windows 10 serves all my objectives of checking emails, watching movies, general browsing, storing pictures and video calling. A lil heavy and bulky due to large screen.
