Our daughter uses a tablet at school and we wanted her to have something bigger when she's working on projects at home. PowerPoints, essays, history fair and such. It has just what she needs for school, home and whatever else she wants to do.

I bought this just to make sure I had a computer in the house.. and it does the job. But it's a little slower than I expected. Especially considering theres nothing on it yet. But it's okay.

I wanted to surprise my father with a good gift. He's fairly old and this product is easy to use.

This computer is slow it freezes I haven't downloaded anything. Trying to edit photographs with it freezing all the time is a nightmare. I had a Toshiba that I got previously that worked much better. I don't like this Dell at all.

This laptop was obtained for my father who wanted a laptop but was concerned with Windows 10 after being accustomed to Windows XL. The Dell laptop is working fine for him and he became comfortable with it in short time. Definitely a good buy.

I'm not thrilled with my choice. It seems to have random problems, like the keyboard refusing to work and deciding a few hours later that yes it will. Not the best laptop I've owned.

I bought this laptop, all i can say, for the price, this dell product works great and it's easy to use.

The mouse on the Laptop is not the best . Many times you need to tap its a few times to complete a function. My first Dell , had other laptops however never had this problem before

Easy set up. Up and running in about 15 min. Perfect size and weight. Carry it to nearly ever class.

Same capabilities as a big PC. Reasonable price and a lot lighter. Good to read screen and keyboard.

This is the perfect laptop for what we needed. Surfer, Microsoft and Google. Only annoying thing is the keys "click" when you type. Doesn't bother most but it is irritating to me.

The computer worked just fine from the beginning. Quality was very good during set-up and start-up.

I purchased this laptop for school. I have a gaming laptop, but it is too bulky to be comfortably portable. Processing power could be better, but for basic computer use (email, Internet browsing, Microsoft Office, etc.) it does the job.

This laptop is so easy to use my husband was not tech savvy but he found this quite simple to follow

Just got something to take around. And it proved to do the job and then some. Not bad for the price

Great value and speed for the money. No bells and whistles but a reliable brand at reasonable price.

I don't game, but I do use this for ALL of my business needs. I also stream Netflix & Pandora when I'm traveling. Sturdy device, great screen and nice keyboard. Incredible price open-box, and one day free set up was super convenient.
