glad i got this pc.got it mainly for checking e-mail and web surfing.probably over paid for it though.seems like every other week it is on sale for at least $50.00 less.thought of trying to get a credit but more trouble than it is worth.

The price was great and the only thing that I should upgrade its adding 4gb more to get it faster!

We needed a laptop that wasn't too expensive given our needs. This Dell laptop fits our needs. Our only complaint is that it is a little slow compared to our last one. Purchase through Best Buys buy online and store pickup was great.

Purchased a certified open box laptop and am extremely happy with both the performance and value.

Bought because Dell is a solid company. Good, solid laptop so far. My only gripe is that Word and Excel are a trial basis for a month and not included in the purchase. I did not know that when I purchased this PC, but that is on me.

For the money you wouldn't expect to heat a laptop with everything this has for twice the price.

Nice looking labtop easy to use pretty basic. I mainly use it for social media check emails by products online it loads fast with hardly any lag . Very satisfied with this product. if your looking for a basic laptop this one is it.

Easy to use One thing bad is you don't know when your numbers are locked. Easy access with code.

I had a dell laptop prior to this purchase and I was really happy with it so I decided to stay with the same family and so I bought this one. I'm really happy that I did! And I'm happy that I bought it from Best Buy, my sales assistant was excellent and very helpful!! I had an overall great experience purchasing the product as well as with the product itself! It's a great product for the price! I would recommend this product!

Needed a good basic computer and this was perfect for the price! Easy to set up and works great.

Very good price. It is only around 250 dollar. It will be better if it has more color to choose.

Have had problems but Geek Squad has done remote repairs which is a great, instead of having to find a store to take it in to! The charge cord on the other hand isn't a good idea, has a little wire in center like coax cables, so gets bent to the side then won't charge. Would think that now days something better would be made for charging. Even my 5 year old Toshiba didn't have a power cord like that. Can see that soon will have to buy another charge cord because that little wire will break off. More money of course.

Great computer for the price. Works well. Keys are a little light but great value for the money.

Aesthetically pleasing. It works okay and the speed is fine for my needs, but the touch pad and clicking aren't very responsive. It's also the heaviest laptop that I've ever owned.

I purchased the laptop for my grandson who is a gamer. He loves it and found it very easy to use.
