This was the second computer I bought. I first purchased an HP with the AMD10 processor and it could not handle windows 10 or more than one thing at a time so I returned it and got the Dell which cost less and it runs great. The intel core i3 is fast and runs very smooth, I am very pleased with this product.

Bought this in the clearance section and got a great deal. It was a floor sample or open box, but nonetheless, it works great and is well made. Highly recommend Dell products, especially laptops for reliability and quality of construction. Boots up fast and haven't had any issues. Great laptop!

The price is really affordable and it comes with great speaker sound plus it works faster since its intel core.Overall, it'sworth the price you buy it for.

Easy to connect and get going. Love the keyboard. Great for the parents or someone who just needs a laptop to have around when a phone or pad isn't enough

I purchased this for the price. I needed it for a specific reason as I usually use a Mac. The Dell works great for what I needed to do. I would recommend.

I bought this particular lab top because I was returning to school for the fall semester. It is a great computer for homework and reading my assignments.

This was a great deal for what my husband needed - a computer for online searches and gaming. The Best Buy sales people are the best. You truly feel like you are getting expert advice without that "sales pitch" you feel from other places. I don't question their motives - I love their advice. Thank you!

I was looking for a laptop with a CD burner to replace my HP that crashed. This Dell fit the bill. Nice size for my desk, plenty fast for my needs.....

All said and done, I'm satisfied with the purchase. Also like the idea of being able to call the Geek Squad any time and talk to someone live and local

Why can't I assign negative stars? I have been a loyal Dell customer for over 20 years. Bought this laptop for my son about 1 year ago. First the power cord jack failed. Called Dell and they said out of warranty (by days) and would cost $150+ to fix. Complained to customer service. Two days later entire system failure. Can't reboot computer and none of the diagnostic tools work. Can't even reboot in safe mode. Dell quality has gone WAY down.

Nice but had few issues and returned.. open box didn't come with warranty or user guide. Also it was oddly slow and issues connecting to wireless..

I needed a replacement laptop while I was having another laptop repaired. It has done everything I have been used to using the other laptop software.

Great laptop for someone on a budget. I bought it to use at my used car dealership. Gets the job done. Great battery life. Light. Sufficient speed.

Good nor Bad. I'm still scraping off the intrusive Windows 10 items so I haven't played with it much beyond that. It's a lot slower than stated, takes forever to load. My printer,which worked fine on my old pc, now only does duplexing manually. I'm waiting to get a fix from HP for that. So far, it's about what I expected from a basic Dell laptop that was on sale.

I wish I had. Ought 2 when they were on special, it's my husbands first laptop and he's using it for online school! It's serving it's purpose well!

For the price of this laptop, not a bad deal. Not super fast, but that's to be expected at this price point.

I am very happy with this laptop. I new it would be a good laptop. But I didn't know it would be a great laptop. And I can't believe the price. Wow, what a deal. I may just buy another one.

so far its working pretty good, it was a gift for my wife After her compag laptop screen just went black and died. I hope she has better results.

It's easy to use, has good visuals for graphics and text. Nicely equipped for downloads from multiple sources. Good audio when earphones are used.
