I have had nothing but problems . It will not stay connected. I constantly lose my wireless and have to re-boot and start over. It takes forever to load. I have geek squad support. When they try to do something it times out. I have returned it to the store but was told it was working properly. I just purchased a new wireless router from you, Maybe that will help.

I bought this computer for my daughter. It's not a high powered computer but it does everything that she needs it to do. If you need a daily computer for for regular surfing, word processing etc. then this computer is a good choice.

My primary beef with this computer is its speed. For some reason it is always receiving updates requiring it to be shut down--maybe once a week.

I bought this computer after returning an HP laptop. It has worked well so far and did not have all the hiccups I was experiencing when using HP.

For price i got it. I must say it was a steal. I just upgraded the RAM to 16GB and its working perfectly.

This is the second of this exact laptop I purchased in the last two months. This one set up very easily, but seems slower than the previous one.

Laptop is worth the money paid. Mouse pad is a little shaky. Performance is not great but not bad either.

This is not a high end device but works great for just about any situation. The laptop is light enough to carry anywhere and has great function.

I like this laptop, because it is one of the few on the market with a disc drive. I have been pleased with it overal,l over the last year.

I bought this primarily for web surfing/e-mail and light word processing. I don't play online games or do streaming video, so I can't comment on that. It works well for handling e-mail. I downloaded Open Office and it seems to work well with that. I am overall quite pleased with this machine.

Good size, nice screen. I needed to get used to Microsoft 10 but after that I enjoyed using it. Not liking the mouse pad it's a bit challenging

Good product, wish had larger screen, but good for browsing and watching movies, I don't play video games so I don't know if it is good for that

I bought for my father in law, he use basically to internet and bank account access. It's perfect for him. He's very happy with his new laptop!

Works fine but paid 329 then went on sale for 249 and they only give 15 days so I got stuck. Could have used the 80 to transfer data to new one

I purchased this computer for my mobile office and the computer is excellent for what I need it to do. My only complaint is that the camera is a bit grainy but other than that, the sound quality is great, the picture/video is clear the ram is fast. Overall it's a great work PC for the price.

I needed a replacement for my old Toshiba. Nothing fancy but functional. This fit the bill perfectly.

Needed a new computer to take with me to work. I wasn't looking for touch screen and all the bells and whistles. Works great for what I wanted.
