Basic laptop for simple business use. I don't like the feel of the keyboard and it is slow to startup.

Its an excellent choice for a middle school student who is starting running basic design aplications

Got this Dell on a Best Buy flash sale... It's Awesome!! Has loads of space (1TB) for pictures, videos and family docs. The best part was that it was part of a bundle package. I got virus protection, a laptop cover, and Microsoft Office as a bonus... a $120.00 bonus!! Best Buy rules.

The only thing holding this back is the 5400rpm hdd. Upgrade it to an ssd and boom. The laptop is snappy and does everything I need from it

Windows 10 took me some getting used to, then I cleaned up some of the junk that they give you and have had a reliable laptop ever since.

The primary reason for this purchase was to allow streaming video. Worked well for that purpose. Used a bluetooth speaker to improve sound.

Best Buy Sales Associates Anthony and Raynel were polite and professional in assisting us make our selection. We use the laptop at home on our desk for internet browsing, email, and shopping. Geek Squad set up the Dell laptop and installed programs for us. Made everything very easy.

This was purchased as a basic computer for college. With a huge memory and fast speed it should work great for writing papers or research.

I had originally purchased the JBL sound bar for my TV, but after months of being frustrated with it losing connection, I decided to go with this one. It is wireless to the TV and it sounds just as good if not better. Plus one remote control now for the entire system is fantastic.

This is a well-configured device for the money. Recommend purchasing an external mouse for ease-of-use as the built-in isn't that great.

I am not a big fan of Dell. Got this on sale. Seems to work fine. It is an entry level machine. Would recommend it if it is on sale.
