Very happy with this laptop. It has a Core i3 processor instead of the Pentium or Celeron processors usually found in this price range.

A little slower than I'd like it to be but it does the job. I use it with a projector and the video is great. The sound on it is great.

Got what we wanted: large screen, enough speed, nice real keyboard, and great sale price at Best Buy. Not a lot of storage but adequate.

Needed a new laptop. Saw this advertised and compared it to other more expensive products This one seemed to be as good as the others plus it had a dvd port. This should work well for my needs since I really only use it for the internet and social media, plus some Word documents.

Our old laptop died suddenly and we needed a new one to take on vacation. This works like a charm and we were able to download all of our pictures from our camera every night.

Somewhat difficult to setup and add more RAM. Battery doesn't last very long but the computer works well after you get all that done.

I bought this on sale for my wife for her dissertation work. I found that it works about as fast as our desktop (another Intel i3 computer) and is easy for her to use. This is perfect for someone who works with a lot of documents and needs something that will boot up quickly.

Purchased for travel, Dell has a good reputation, so far have not had any problems. Wish that Microsoft Office came installed with it.

I bought this for my son to take to college and he has not complained about anything. I would only recommend adding a wireless mouse.

This is a great computer for doing work projects using Microsoft office, watching dvds and storing photos, music and other documents.

The size and weight is very good, especially when you have to remove it from your carry-on bag on the security belt at the airport.

Good for most basic computing needs. Purchased for $329. Less than 30 days later Bestbuy selling it for $50 less at $279. NOT HAPPY!
