Only 2 things bother me. The power cord tends to pull itself out of the laptop, and it went on sale for $100 off on black Friday. Other than that it's been been a great laptop so far. Screen is nice and clear, and it's fast enough to do any internet stuff and video. This is not a gaming rig so don't criticise it for something you know it's not. But a decent performance budget laptop... Yeah, it does that pretty well.

This laptop is good for basic everyday functions like checking email, creating documents, spreadsheets, presentations, etc. The touch pad mouse seems to be a bit unresponsive at times, but it's not a real hindrance. The battery life is excellent, and the amount of storage is a real plus! Sometimes the processing speed can be a bit slow, but again, not a real hindrance. For all you get, it's a great value for the price.

This laptop is great for its basic needs and necessities. If you aren’t having to open multiple windows for school work or work this is a easy to learn laptop.

For the price of the laptop I think it is a pretty good deal. CPU power, hard drive, screen and features are all at the top of what you get for this price currently. One thing to keep in mind is the screen while nice for what it is lacks in the resolution dept. but like I said unless you want to spend a good bit more you wont find anything with the same set of features and a screen that is noticeably better.

There are many laptops better than this one down there. Even though, for 349 it is a pretty decent product. Faster enough to watch videos, streaming, upload, and download. Gaming is not an option though.

Works great, easy to use, fast. We fight over who gets to use it. We also have a desk top but this is convenient and fast.

This is a great entry level computer with a good amount on memory. Can't beat the price.

I'm still not ecstatic about Windows 10 but my Dell is terrific. Flexible and so much faster than my other brand 3 year old pc. I used another brand my daughter recommended but finally came back to Dell.

I was needing something good for online browsing and playing DVDs. I was also looking for plenty of storage for family photos and this laptop was perfect. It's plenty fast and I have had no issues as of yet.

Perfect for what I needed. Fast, nice size screen, loads of memory and a great price!

Would highly recommend for day to day use. I would definitely recommend it for highschool students Or college people who has many applications to use.

Love it overall - but touch screen mouse needs works! It freezes constantly (won't go up or down) I may have the geek squad check it out. Battery dies quickly (keep plugged in while using). Would be great w/ windows 7 - but I'm beginning to like windows 10. It's cool for my laptop ~ I'll keep W7 on my desk top.

I bought this laptop as an investment for my self employed business, where I spend the majority of my 8 hour day online. It has met every expectation and held up so far even through some accidental drops. My only complaint with this computer is the touch pad, which I knew after researching reviews going in. I recommend buying a detached mouse, that has solved all my problems with it.

This is a great computer for the price. Much better and faster than my old one.

I BOUGHT THIS LAPTOP FOR MY HOME OFFICE, WITH VERY LITTLE EXPECTATIONS DUE TO THE PRICE. THE SPEED, MEMORY, EASE OF USE, AND QUALITY WERE PLEASANTLY SURPRISING AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS LAPTOP.
