Because I don't do the serious gaming or streaming I find this to be the perfect laptop at a great price. Very thin and light weight

Trying to get use to all the apps and how to use them computer is a little slow compared to my old toshiba but does a lot more too

Nice entry level laptop, needs more memory for more intensive application. Good for browsing, reading email, watching movies etc.

I purchased this laptop for an Aunt that is 80 years old. It is easy enough for her to learn and will do what she needs with ease.

Have been using Dell computers for years now and they have never let me down! The screen size is great and the clarity is amazing.

But it did not work out for us. Too slow and kept hanging up, ran all night before I could finish starting it up. Returned to the store. Best Buy is so good about returns, they want you to be happy with the purchase. We bought an all-in- one instead. Looking good so far.

Excellent buy worth each penny! Laptop comes with great configuration and caters to the needs and wants of all household members.

This laptop is exactly what I wanted! It has all the space you would need, plus some. You can multitask and it runs everything so smoothly. I was hesitant because it doesn't play bluray discs, but that's okay. I've had it for a few months now and absolutely love it!

laptop is good for my limited usage. only use it for browsing, email, news, ect. do not use it for school or work. kind of slow.

checked this out online and in store before purchasing.the price was awesome and this dell had more features than all the other laptops I considered. bought as a first computer for my daughter . she was very surprised and happy. was easy to set up and so far no issues.

So far the computer has been great. Bought the brand name Dell because of how dependable they are. Since it's for my 7th grade son, didn't want anything too expensive. The price was great and exceed the requirements the school district has. Would definatelyy recommend.

Laptop is problem free and easy to use. Good chunk of memory. Good picture. Fairly fast. It's a little clunky but that is minor.

Have always had Dell computers got an hp last time to try something new. Was not happy with hp so I'm back to Dell and I'm much happier.

This is a great unit for the person who doesn't need a lightening fast computer for gaming. Great for web browsing and basics.

I was looking for a laptop for myself that was geared for office production and storage. Not streaming or gaming, needed compact with hard drive. Perfect solution. Cover a little flimsy so not recommended for someone who will be traveling and not using a hard sleeve.

Looks cheap but it does good job for browsing, movies and normal staff. Do not expect too much out of it. Happy with purchase!

Bought as a cheap backup to my main laptop, Windows 10 takes getting used to, don't use it very much but works fine when I do

I bought this laptop for my home office. It is exactly what I needed. It's not a powerful gaming laptop, but it has more than enough oomph to run office suites like a pro. Great for surfing the web or watching Netflix too!!! Overall a great laptop at a great price!!
