This new laptop has really been great. All though when I first got it home, they were already wanting you to update to windows 11. The service at Best Buy was very good, including the Geek Squad. They were very helpful in setting up my new laptop.

Don't need anything fancier to accomplish all the tasks I need to complete. This pc does just what I need and more.

I purchased this computer as a present for my husband, which uses it to play games and browse the internet. It performs well and I have used it on occasion for school and it doesn't really seem to get too bogged down by multiple tasks open at once.

I have not had any major issue with the laptop. I find the space bar to feel looser than I am used to but it works.

This is a great computer for simple day to day tasks. We use it for bills and simple browsing and can't complain.

I bought the Dell because the keyboard felt better and I needed to move in in the operating system to Windows 10. Lots of storage for my family pictures but need a photo workshop for editing and making cards and presentations. Support from the Windows 10 is good and I'm learning. Don't need a screamer, just one that I can transfer files from my old DELL Vostro and I like the big screen!

I believe that this purchase would help any person in the need for a laptop, either for school or job necesities.

Works quite well for what I use it for...occasional travel use. Light weight and much thinner than my last Dell.

Great for surfing the web & non intensive gaming, design or things as such.
