The computer is better than basic and meets my needs. It is a replacement for a Toshiba that kept having issues.

This laptop is well suited for school. It's just the basic setup/software including a year of windows office 360.

Bought the laptop to be my all around use home PC. Works great, no issues thus far. Mostly used for internet browsing and typing but do some mild gaming on it as well. It handles things like Civilization and KOTOR on mild graphics pretty well.

It's a very nice computer with a lot of functions and an affordable price!

We were looking for a laptop that was powerful enough for school use but had enough resources of longevity with lots of hard drive space and functionality. This is a perfect buy. It's not the prettiest or flashiest computer but it does the job!

It's great for what I need it for.I use it for tuning my racecar....it's able to perform fine for what I need.

So far I am pleased with the operation but it tends to take a long time to perform actions and load and install.

Purchased as gift for my daughter, it has served her well for doing homework, social media, and watching movies.

I wasn't sure how to set up my laptop and wasn't familiar with Windows 10. I was able to get an appointment and a Geek Squad representative walked me through the whole process. That is why I do business with BestBuy...great customer service!

I bought this laptop for my online classes and so far it works great. Nothing too special but gets the job done.

I went in to purchase laptop to be able to work from home. The customer service person sold me this said it would be perfect. Does not have the screen resolution I need and does not have the capability to use a headset that can talk and listen. Also sound is not consistent. Found out after purchase this computer has been discontinued which is probably why they wanted it sold

This device was easy to install and use. It has plenty of capacity for what I need and is fast enough as well.

By far the best computer I have owned. Has a large memory and very fast.

Great low price its easy to use. Its not as heavy so great for traveling.

There login was a bit diifcult to get into and my email had to used for the verification not the actual owner.

I bought this laptop on sale for $259 at my local Best Buy. With all specs exceeding a standard laptop, this is the best deal. The processor is fairly fast at 2.1 GHz and very quick on a start-up and shut down, has lots of HD storage space
