Usb accessible, fast processing speed. Battery lasts a while but must plug in when remember like any device.

I needed a new computer after my old PC died. I did a lot of research and finally purchased this Dell. I am very satisfied with this laptop and the price was great. The young men in Geek squad were very helpful in setting up my computer.

I have had no problems with this laptop - there is nothing really wrong with it, it's just that there's not much to like either. The picture is good enough, the battery life is fine, it will get the job done I suppose. The keyboard just feels odd and the touch-pad is, well, just weird. Maybe if it wasn't cursed with Windows 10 it would be better, but I will never know...

My Dell laptop is not the best performer, but for the money is excellent!!

Bought this laptop to replace an older laptop (over 8 years old). Was looking for something to support basic needs - email, Internet searches. Not a gamer or have a need for high volume processing capability. This laptop served our needs.

For the price it was a good buy. It's kind of slow to boot up. It could use more RAM. But overall I like it.

After setting up the machine for the first, it was incredibly slow. I did some troubleshooting and found the hard drive was not functioning efficiently. I called Dell for assistance, and unfortunately, they made it worse. I ended restoring the computer to factory default and replacing the hard drive with an SSD drive and threw in some extra memory. Runs like a champ now.

I had an HP portable printer in the past, it lacked in everything that the Epson has. It was heavy, the Epson is light, it was wired the Epson is battery operated and it was larger. I am sold on the Epsom. I said goodbye HP from now on.

Considering its price, its configuration is very powerful. I like it.
