This laptop is good. It really is a plug and go. Such an easy start up. Turn it on and it pretty much does the rest. Windows 10 is installed already. Easy to learn. It also comes with Webroot for security and has 1tb of memory.

This laptop is an excellent choice for those who need a quality PC to basic home use. Check your email, browse the internet, and store your pictures. (Always make sure you have a backup). Dell has great customer support as well.

I'm no techie and this is my first laptop ever so I don't have a lot to compare it to except my desktop. Way more convenient, just have to figure out how to print wirelessly so I don't have to fire up my dinosaur of a desktop.

Bought this computer along with a 120 GB SSD. Swapped the disk and the computer run as fast as my desktop computer. Excellent overall quality. Bargain price, awesome computer, just remember to swap that HDD and you are set.
