Excellent product, bought as a Christmas gift for my Son who will be going to college this fall.

I bought 2 laptops; one for my wife and one for my daughter. They seem to like it's functionality.

This system has all the features necessary to be a functioning system for those who are non functional in a semi-functional kind of way. The lid opens and the power button works and the keyboard has all the keys you need.

Laptop is worth more than what I paid, great deal and great product. I purchased it to replace an older laptop and it works great. No problem downloading updates for Win 10 and comes with lots of great features and add on's

The lap top is ok for the money. It does the job for light use.

Thus far the computer has performed as expected. I have had Dell computers in the past and have never had any issues. After two months this has been the same and I expect it to continue to. This has been a good purchase.

Saw this on sale and thought about the ancient desktop that my husband struggles with each night to read his message board. It shipped very quickly, set up easily and has been zooming right along ever since. No complaints.

I am very pleased with my new Dell Laptop. For my uses, which requires quick action for stock trades and ability to multitask, this is a good choice. Graphics are well done. And the price was fantastic. Way to go Best Buy

I bought a cheaper one first and it was to slow. So I took it back to exchange. One of the young guys was very knowledgeable and showed me this computer. He said he bought one for his sister and she loved it and I do to.

My husband and I had a Dell years ago, and were pleased with it, as we are with this second one.

I got this laptop for my 13 year old son. He really likes it. Just wished it had a touchscreen

Keyboard and mousepad are not user friendly. Hard to navigate.
