Awesome computer for the price

Love the quality of Dell products. Looks and feels like it well constructed. I use it daily and so far have had no problems.

It doesn't randomly screw up and cause me to have to come over and give her tech support for crazy reasons. A+

This Dell laptop fit the bill great and has double the RAM and hard drive space then my old laptop.

I got the bundle deal with a wireless mouse and Microsoft 360 and I'm very happy!

Needed help with iTunes, took laptop into store and the geek squad was very kind and courteous and helped me with that and helped me set up my laptop.

windows 10 and outlook are bad

Had the laptop back to best buy once and geek squad try to fix it twice. I am using a mouse as the touch pad is very sensitive, had to cover it up with card board so I do not hit it and things disappear. Wish the keyboard was backlite'

For the money, good buy!

If you are a big user, I would not recommend. Only compliant is the mouse pad seems flimsy compared to a previous Dell.
