Enjoying the use of my Dell. It's the second one I've had and serves my needs

I bought this for my 13 yr old for school - he absolutely loves this computer - it doesn't have a small screen like the other ones we looked at had - great sound , it's stylish and not bulky !

It was a pretty good value, it works the way we thought it was going to work

I knew budget was a major concern and I wanted a quality name I think this was the best of both worlds...I remember when buying a Dell meant you would be paying the most. not so on this buy.

“I've had the laptop going on two months. Going from an i7 to and i3 slows me down. So I just purchased 4GB Ram to hopefully speed things up. There seems to be a problem with the touchpad. Sometimes it doesn't respond to a click, and I have to click one or more times. And sometimes the mouse doesn't move.”

So far a great computer. Easy to access. I would recommend to friends.

This computer was reasonably priced and works great for what we do with it.

Needed computer for basic functions...no games, etc. Perfect basic computer.

I used to have a 17 inch screen but this size is perfect.. Looks classy and Dell is really the best brand ..Would recommend anybody looking for the perfect work or just home/ play computer!

Love it easy to set up. Like that it's portable and can work most anywhere.

Bought this for my friend's elderly father. Works great. More than plenty of computing power to do what he needs to do. This won't be a gaming laptop but great for your everyday basic needs.

Purchased laptop for our high school freshman and it serves the purpose well

I bought this refurbished from a Best Buy in November 2016 and use it mainly for internet and streaming movies from Amazon and Netflix. I have had no issues with this, even as refurbished.

Computer freezes up sometimes and is unresponsive and is sometimes difficult to find items on it. I also don't like the fact that you have to buy the MS Office programs when you buy a computer. Not great for me but may prove useful for someone that doesn't require a lot of speed and ongoing functionality!!

I purchased this computer for my son and he uses it for word processing, spread sheeting, listening to his music and watching TV. So far so good. It's working fine and has a great feel to it.

Purchased it for our grandson in high school. It is perfect for his needs.
