    Got the computer home, went through the set up screens and it kept restarting when it would try to complete the set up. Did this 4-5 times until it finally came to a grey screen that said there was no hard drive installed and it turned off. Very disappointed since the price for the specs was great.

    Bought it for my cousin Working as a computer scientist. He felt that this configuration worked really as needed and happy with the great gift, so buying more 2 to gift my other cousins

    The mouse pad is not very good. An anti virus was provided free with Laptop. The window version is 10 and the anti virus asks for version 8. Hence total flop.

    The laptop worked great for a year. The charging port stopped working almost a year to the day we bought it. I purchased this model for my son for high school and thought I would at least get two years out of it. The storage space is great though. I'm not sure if it's worth getting fixed.
