    Windows 10 required hours of online assistance. Mouse had to have another driver and operated slowly. Took two phone calls and about 5 hours on the phone to get this product to behave properly. Best Buy is awesome....Dell, not so much.

    laptop is the perfect size and does exactly what I need it to do. So far I've had no issues with it and dell's have always been reliable.

    I'm very happy with this lap top which I use mostly for documents. The keys are not chunky-feeling and respond to a gentle touch. When folded up it has a slender, easy to carry profile.

    Getting an Intel i3 laptops with all basics 4gb of ram, a 500gb hard drive and a 15.6" display - at an affordable price, right here in my own town, did not have to wait days to get it.

    This is a great laptop for the price. I've had no issues with it. It's fast at logging in and it's just what I needed for emails, surfing and getting into Facebook and playing games.

    Surprisingly good build quality. Decent display and speakers. Spinning HDD was bottlenecking the system but after swapping in an SSD, this machine is perfect for basic office use.

    After nearly two years of use we are ready to either add more RAM or replace the unit. The 4 GIG of Memory is not enough to keep the laptop running smoothly. I recommend buying this laptop with at least 8 GIG of RAM. If you cannot afford the upgrade do not buy the laptop.
