Temperamental Computer

But sometimes the mouse pad stops working, the mouse pad will stop using the scroll feature, the screen freezes, and it took a long time to set up. It also doesn't come with Microsoft Office programs so you are required to download them.

Slow download speed and inefficient WI-FI speed even w/ enhancements. Further, 4GB of Ram is Out dated for Streaming or any Sophisticated Video Play Back. I choose it for Price. Got what I paid for but it was not enough.I Returned the Product.
