Faulty charger

This computer was used very lightly, never dropped or damaged and yet it just start shutting down one day and after this happening 4 times it never turned back on

Terrible for anything but video games.

Microsoft store has very limited apps and most of them suck. Dell wants you to pay $100 to have their tech team change the software. Microsoft edge browser is also trash.

I like the design the layout keyboard is a little different. But all in all this laptop runs smooth and faster than my 4gb! I love it!
