this laptop is not like any I have owned before. The mouse pad is hyper sensitive and is difficult to control.

Although I had some trouble with best buy when trying to pick up this product, I am overall very satisfied with this laptop. It is sleek and the speed is up to par.

I bought two of these laptops, I had to instal some softwares via cd/dvd drive, but couldn't install them because drive was not detecting on both of them, called Dell customer care on third day, they said I have to pay 249 dollars because it is not their issue, the laptop was only 399 bucks. Any way I had to drive back twice to return them, if you need to use optical drive, don't get it.

It is very easy to use. I am comfortable letting me kids use the laptop. It is sturdy. The screen is large and the colors are great.

I like that it's user friendly but it has froze up a few times when I first purchased it. It's working fine now

haven't really used it to its full potential yet. Hope it's all I want it to be.

I purchased this laptop without seeing the screen resolution before buying. Once I was able to operate it, the screen resolution just didn't cut it for my taste or desired functionality. The processor speed and performance of the hardware was fine for everything else, but I needed a 1080p screen, so I took it back.

hardrive crashed after 3 months of use, best buy tried to fix but failed. Dell sent tech to house and he tore it to pieces and failed to put it back together properly, pieces loose inside and missing screws in back. Dell did not load an operating system on hardrive before shipping parts. BestBuy, Dell and worldwide tech have all failed to repair laptop. I spent $588 for this laptop used 3 months and am now throwing it away! I have spent 6 weeks trying to get this repaired and can't spend another minute trying to fix this laptop. Throwing it away and buying an HP. Bye bye Dell

This laptop has been easy to use, processes internet pages quickly and is capable of having numerous windows open simultaneously without a noticeable impact to processing speed.

My speakers stopped working after one month.! Looks form outside are good but build quality no that great.

Very slow speed for an i7 . Tried to remedy.... No success

not happy with the changes made in Microsoft but am adapting. good battery life , and quick start up.

computer came antivirus software that was confusing to install. got malware right from the start.

The DVD drive is made of plastic material. I decided to take a backup of my existing new system on first day and it required 8 DVDs. After 4 DVDs the DVD writer stopped working. The laptop is made of cheap material.

I understand that this laptop is purchased from open box but bestbuy has certified and tested. I barely used this laptop for few hours in a week. It doesnt even turned. I have only 11 days to return. I will see what they say when I go there! I didn't have choice to five zero star.
