For the most part it was a good product for a good price; large hard drive current specs, etc, replacing old desktop. the only problem I have is the DVD drive disappears occasionally then reappears later. have used Dell support thay installed newer drivers, but the problem still persists. The say they will call back by responding to the techs email, but that has not happened yet. I have to call and get a new tech involved.

Using this as our (new) defacto laptop for staff. Perfectly suited for those who need many browser windows open at the same time...

I went to BestBuy looking for a computer to meet my expanding school needs. The CSR in computers was knowledgeable, helpful, no pressure, and found the perfect computer for me at the right price.

The laptop is great however I wished it had a different top finished. It gets scratches easy. Other than that great product.

This laptop does everything that I want it to do. It's processor is fast, and this is my second Dell Inspirion product. Great price for evert hinges you get. Has bluetooth, cd drive, wireless

Set-up was beyond our capabilities and was costly to get help. I have not figured out how to recover our history e-mails.

I really like it! Its fast and love the 10-key for my accounting classes. it has everything i need for school its great!

Not sure why manufacturers are selling these machines under 16gb of memory. The only downside was having to buy additional memory. It's a great machine and would recommend it to anyone.

Purchased this product and only had it for about 2 weeks when I couldn't sign in at all. Took it back to nearest Best Buy, we were on vacation, they gave me a new laptop. Great service.

This computer was a powerhouse computer for my brother who does his work on the computer. Combined with the subscription to Microsoft Office 365 it can not be beat for a work computer.

Took a while to get it to be personalized. But once I did it starts quickly and is pretty fast when working with programs and multitasking. Works really fast with video applications.

This laptop was to replace an similar Windows 7l laptop which had developed a sick motherboard. The thing that prompted me to buy it was that it was in stock at the local store.

I use for autocad and works excelent It is fast and nice presentation

The laptop is used primarily for internet search and stock trading purposes. I just needed a basic laptop.

So far so good. Bought the computer for my daughter going to college and she loves it. She didn't realize the number pad would be so convenient until she started using it.

This laptop have a great system, easy to use, my only problem is the headphone and mic input is the same.

It was a great computer and the screen size was ideal. Not too heavy and fit in most standard carry ons.

bought this for my dad. Seemed like a decent purchase at the time.

Only 4 stars because I haven't learnt everything yet. So far so good. I suggest you check this one out.
