Purchased this laptop for my son. Already out of box he had to update the laptop.. which seems to be the norm. He so far enjoys tinkering around with gaming and such.

I would love to be able to review the computer itself, but I have hardly been able to use it. When I finshed the start up procedures, the computer was in Test Mode. I followed all internet instructions for how to get it out, to no avail. It kept saying there was a security boot which would not allow my instructions. Then I found that Windows was not activated. All my attempts to manually activate failed. I talked to three people at Dell before being told it was a software issue and i would need to be transferred to a software department, but that they would charge me for the service. Excuse me?? I told them exactly what I thought about that idea, and was instead directed to call Microsoft support, which was closed for the day. An IT friend came over and fixed the issues. So i used it that night and the next day. When the battery started to die, i realized my charger isn't working. I am about to head to the store to get a replacement charger. I could almost understand if i had bought a refurbished Dell, but I paid way too much money to have a computer with this many issues that i have hardly been able to use.

Not my first choice, but settled for this one. The one I wanted was suposed to be available, but then the salesman said he could not the lasr minute.

Laptop works good. Had problem with the touch pad mouse and had to return. great laptop for the price

Laptop works great. Was easy to setup and get working on right away. Its just the right size for travel and on a desk. Daughter loves it.

so far we have had no problems. I did have to take back the power cord after purchase because one of the tongs was bent.

Very satisfed when I bought it. Dell computer is always good choice.

Purchased for $599. A great deal for an i7 with dedicated GPU. So far the only issue I found was caused by using a Dell Dock (D1000), but I believe that was the dock's faulty drivers and not the laptop
