I bought it to use for school (college) level kinda stuff, but it didn’t end up working out for me in the long run. After just a few months of having it, I chose to sell it due to the computer having way too many problems. It would take upwards of an hour or so just to turn on, much less open an app. For what I needed it for, it didn’t work out and just wasn’t for me.

Losing work the majority of the time. When I was told I don’t have a protection software on the computer I refuted the comment showing I purchased and installed it. Nothing wrong with that. Then I was told to update it. Everything is updated. It’s plain and simple the computer is not good. I don’t use it a ton I don’t download things on it. I just need it for a couple of papers that’s it and it’s like system overload. I’m so angry I paid so much for something so bad....don’t buy it.

Thanks for your review. We're sorry that your computer keeps crashing. We'd recommend the following tips to diagnose your crashes and see if it's an issue that you'll be able to resolve:
1. At the desktop, click the Search the web and Windows box and type "problem reports".
2. Select View all problem reports to view a list of errors that have occurred on your computer and possible solutions for them, such as updating drivers, flashing your system BIOS, or checking for updates to the software.
3. Under the Source column, look for Windows and under Summary, look for Shut down unexpectedly.
4. Right-click the line item and select Check for a solution.
We'd also suggest checking to make sure that your software and drivers are up to date on Dell's Product Page - https://dell.to/2Qm6wQ6.
