All-in-All good computer for the price. Nice piece

This is a great product for home and school use. I have two in my home that 2 college students are using, me being one of the students. It is easy to use, the processor is great for the level of work being done on the computer. I will be purchasing another of these for my high school senior.

Bought this for my son after getting the Lenovo IdeaPad. Not sure what I was thinking when I got that but this Dell computer is really fast and clear. I've never used a touch screen computer before and I really like it but be careful because it is very responsive at just a tap of the screen.

The Dell computer and the HP printer are easy to use and each was a snap in setting up. I have already benefitted from them. I would recommend the Dell computer and the HP printer to friends . Best Buy is where I go, for they offer great products fair priced and have super fast free delivery

At first, I kept getting error messages and was often thrown out of websites I visited. I still haven’t been able to successfully download and use Firefox, my preferred ISP. I waited for a few weeks, then tried again. As long as I use Explorer, it seems to work fine.

I tried a Lenovo laptop and was not satisfied with the color, the colors appeared somewhat Washed Out. Coloring with this Dell was much better quality especially when using Zoom. This laptop suits my needs being I'm a simple senior and ease of use is essential...

I bought this for my wife for her school works and it serves the purpose nicely. The touchscreen is an added feature which may not be very useful in windows. Otherwise, the overall configuration makes it a very good portable lightweight great laptop at this price point.

Solid laptop which works great for day to day tasks. My only true complaint is that the mousepad sticks, but using an external mouse solved that issue rather easily for me.

I'm not a gamer or into streaming a lot of video on my computer - I'm a writer and was just looking for something that had great features, top quality, and could fit my budget. This Dell is perfect - and it has the functionality I need for being social - the camera and mic are great.

I bought 55 of these during the Covid-19 disaster. We installed a standard image and brought them all up within a couple of days. The laptops were cheap but they work great. This helped keep our company running. I am very thankful that Best Buy stayed open and kept on shipping.

we purchased the GEEK SQUAD for 1 year. the GUY came out to in stall and was told to help us understand all the new items on this DELL. He just transfered my old files and left. Now with this virus we are not wanting anyone coming in our home since we are senior citizens.

I have been doing very well with the Dell-Inspiron 15.6" Laptop. Some getting use to. A little different than what I have been using in the past. The biggest point I miss is not having a CD drive built in. I have been able to work around that so far.

The unified LR mouse buttons on the touchpad may take some getting used to, but it's been a good laptop so far. Was able to download some large files with no problems. Video worked great, and, overall, a pretty intuitive little workstation (I'm a college student).

Overall this is a decent laptop for the money. I has given me a couple of weird issues where it starts typing a single character on its own. I’ll keep an eye on it and hopefully it was just a fluke. Otherwise, I’m satisfied with this laptop

I purchased this laptop so I could work from home and I have not had one issue with it! Its super quick and the boot up time is less than a minute, battery life hasn't been fully tested yet but I haven't had any issues with that either. Id recommend this one!

i like the laptop but i have been having problems with it for a few weeks and i can't get thru to geek squad cause they are backed up due to the virus...i have been trying for approx 2 1/2 weeks i have a hardware problem i believe also

I love everything about this laptop purchased to replace an older almost exact duplicate. It's a user issue, I know, but get anywhere near the touch pad and the cursor moves to some line you are not typing on. I'll figure it out yet.

This laptop is great it comes in windows s mode, but you can easily switch it out to standard home. With the 8GB of RAM it runs faster than some home PC. Only complaint is battery is a little small.

Needed a new laptop for work, this one is decent.It would be better if it had a bigger hard-drive. Also, when you hook it up to a TV the screen flickers black randomly which can be annoying if your watching something.

This was a spontaneous purchase, but after buying it and bringing it home I love it! It works perfect for what I need. The salesperson was great in showing me this product. For what I paid it was well worth it. I would recommend the product to anyone.
