Got computer because mine was going out. It was over 7years old. I got my old computer from bestbuy so I decided to get my new one from there. For what I need it works well.

I honestly haven't put too many hours on the computer because I bought it to use for travel and Covid-19 prevented that. But overall with minimum use it has performed well.

for an intermediate pc person, this is the perfect laptop. also geek squad training was invaluable. nat was very very helpful and made my teaching experience very pleasant

I recently bought this laptop for my father who needed a computer to take online classes. It slows down after minimal use which is frustrating, but otherwise has been fine.

I love this little baby! It's sleek, light and powerful. I can take it with me wherever I go and the camera is great for all the Zoom meetings I'm part of. I'm very happy with this purchase!

We needed a windows based laptop for working from home situations. This laptop has exceeded our expectations. Definitely recommend it if you need a reliable and reasonably priced laptop!

We purchased this to allow my wife to work from home. Unfortunately it is not able to run Silverlight which she needs for her job. All the other features are fine.

The only thing I do not like at all about my Dell laptop is that the numbers do not light up. It's hard to see when needing to use the numbers. Other than that, it is a great laptop.

I'm glad we could find this labtap here. We bought it when quarantine started. We bought just on time. Everyone was selling out fast. Came to Best Buy and bought it.

This laptop is great for the price. Display is big and pretty sharp. Machine is very fast with a SSD. Wish the drive was a little bigger but that is easily overcome with a USB drive.

Affordable and functional. No complaints. Perhaps the screen could be a tiny bit brighter, but not a problem. We use it for internet and light office work. We might buy another one.

I love the laptop. I love all of the features. I will love it more as I learn more on how to use it and what all I can do with it.

I prefer to order laptops from best buy because of the selection and the sales reps in-depth knowledge of the products, and as always they are professional.

Bought an out of box model for my online classes. Took some getting use to but a very nice looking and user friendly laptop once we got it set up and running

Probably my fault, but the young person waiting on me never mentioned that this did not, among other things, have a dvd player. I did say I had a dvd for the Office program I would load. I found out that I could get it from the site, but still disappointed - I could have gone to a more expensive one. The store clerk did not really tell me the features or try and say what might be more valuable for me. n fairness, it was the 14th of March. Everyone was very nervous that day.

Best Buy was great helping me with this purchase. And the Geek Squad a huge help transferring data from old computer and showing me how to use this computer.
