Good for basic use. Mostly used for documents and web browsing. So far we have no issues with the overall use but have only had it a month and use it lightly.

This laptop is perfect for me to use for school work. It has enough storage for all my assignments as well as my lecture and notes.

I like the computer and printer I was not satisfied with the protection plan i purchased It was too complex because my computer had to be taken off safety mode to install and still not sure it ever installed. Had to purchase Norton instead so i double paid for security for my computer Being a middle age woman I belive your sales person should have been more up to date on how much computer experience a person would have before recommending a such difficult security program

It was during the Covid-19 crisis. I was able to go in get my laptop and leave. It was quick, trouble free. Sales associate had information that helped me make my decision.

This laptop has exceeded my expectations. I need alot of RAM to run my autocheckout services & this was the only laptop at the price with 8 GB of RAM. I’m glad I bought it.

Portable and great touch-screen laptop for the price. My concern is the extra loud noise each time the keyboard is used instead of the touch screen.

The build is flimsy, but for the low price it's alright. I don't like not being able to illuminate the keys, but again, the price is low. So it's fine.

I'm a Mac guy and find PCs painful, but needed this for Quickbooks for business. Hopefully it will be okay if only used once a year during tax time.

since we purchased this computer we are teaching our 6 year old typing! he loves using the laptop! its keyboard are easy for even his little hands! great computer!

The processor is good, the graphics are good. It was worth the price and it user friendly for my older dad who hates technology

Bought this for my daughter to do schoolwork while she was home. Not for gaming or power use, does exactly what she needs it to, and at a totally reasonable price.

I bought this dell laptop. I am very happy because it can multitask without being slow. Quality of laptop is also great!

I am recently using the Zoom program and the microphone on this computer isn't very good and thus I am needing to use the audio on my phone for all Zoom meetings.

My wife uses this laptop to work from home. This laptop does everything needed for her to have daily Skype meetings, checking of email and whatever else she does.

The computer is a great laptop for home office. Although it does not have the ram to game it is pretty good handling all my needs for home office.

It has been great for multi-tasking and is very easy to use. It has some cool features that allow you to personalize it and organize things the way you want them.

Had to have help from Dell in getting the laptop setup. They had to delete the OS and reinstall before I could complete setup of the computer.

I purchased this laptop as an upgrade for personal use, and I can say that this laptop delivers on its promises. No complaints and a good purchase thus far, imo.
