I have had this laptop for three months. I did take it back to Best Buy for one service, as it slowed up. Seems I had McAfee and PC Matic runnig at the same time. All fixed now. No charge. Thanks Best Buy.

Love Love it!! I use this for my online classes! I was very useful when it came to research and writing papers. Also easy to carry when you are traveling; very light.

55" TV is nice and big. I enjoy the tv. I would recommend this to anyone.

Easily the best value versus comparable laptops in the same price range. Premium features and upgraded graphics card made this money well spent.

Out of the box and up and running. Of course, spent a lot of time downloading all of Win10 and getting all my personal stuff set up. Dell's got a great support system to get you through.

I am still learning all the tricks, but i love the voice activated option.

Have had good results with previous Dell so expect same with this one.

My old computers hard drive went bad so had to get a new computer. Much easier to upgrade rather than spend money on an old computer. Best Buy Geek Squad was great in advising on what to do.

Use this laptop for work and have enjoyed it from the beginning.

Computer works well and runs basic programs. It is set up with a 34" computer screen and has no issues. Did have some concerns with the new Ryzen AMD chip, but works well at this time.

The first laptop that I get did not work, had to exchange it, the second one it is working better but still has one problem, sometimes when I am using it the screen just turns gray and I have to turn it off on then on again, it is bad if I didn't saved my work just before that happened.

This computer works pretty well. I wouldn't get it for gaming, but its great for everything else. Surfs the internet nice and smooth. Plays videos with a really nice picture
