    It is a smart laptop. Cortana and touch screen a nice feature. . Thin and lightweight and I like that. Has some issues. But like I said it is for an experienced person.

    This machine is a great basic (i.e. not game/performance) device. My only complaint is that a lot of Dell machines lately have been moving to all-plastic outer bodies, and I am not sure how durable it will be.

    I wouldn’t recommend for gaming or anything that requires upgraded processing capabilities. It works fine for me in my business and I have no complaints. I’ve had it for about a year with no major issues.

    DID NOT INSTALL MICROSOFT 10 WINDOWS. HAD TO SPEND 3 HRS WITH 3 TECHS AT MICROSOFT TAKING OVER CURSER ON SCREEN TO INSTALL & GET UP AND RUNNING. THEN 2 HRS NEXT DAY WITH AOL TAKING OVER CURSER TO GET THE RIGHT SETTINGS AND PORTS ESTABLISHED SINCE GEEK SQUAD CHG'D OUTLOOK UP TO AOL! WAS NOT REAL HAPPY SINCE NEVER HAD USED ANYTHING BUT WINDOWS 7 FOR 9 YRS. VERY FRUSTRATONG. ALSO CAN'T INSTALL FREE MALWARD SYSTEM BECAUSE I HAD RENEWED MY MALWAREBYTES IN AUG. FOR 1 YR AND WHEN TRIED TO INSTALL YOURS IT SAID IT WOULD UNSTALL THE OTHER ONE! WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT THAT.

    The picture is high def. and crisp smooth. The computer remembers what it needs to remember. But not letting me worry if someone else uses my laptop. Search engine all do better than I expected. I like the way the search engine ask me several questions about the level of security I wanted to use. For low dollars I am very happy with my Dell. It will not disappoint.

    This is a must have for someone wanting a Windows computer. Its graphics sometimes flash when I have more than 5 website tabs running but the right memory cleaner software fixes that!

    The hard drive is a terabyte. So the amount of space is pretty excellent for the price. The only issue with this laptop that I have noticed is unfortunately with the operating system windows 10. I had to return the original laptop because it would crash and had to be returned to factory reset several times within the first week. After exchanging the computer with no issue unfortunately I have seen this error again a few times. The computer it self seems to be a decent buy, but I have continually been seeing many windows 10 issues.
