Garbage experience

After flowing with my Toshiba for over 5 years, (just quit connecting to wifi one day and thought I needed a replacement. Later, purchased an adapter and it's been working since). This Dell is so thin and fragile, not good at all for carrying on appointments. The touch screen broke when I grabbed it a little too tightly to keep it from sliding off my lap. When it came back from the repair, the "touch" screen couldn't be fixed and now this one could not connect to the wifi either. That's when I purchased 2 Tenda adapters. One for each computer. Not only these disappointments... the battery life was 48 minutes! I could barely complete an electronic application with a client before needing to plug it in. One sale was lost because I didn't have a 3 prong adapter with me and the client's home was older and had only 2 prong outlets. I hope my Dell experience was the only one of its kind. Perhaps it was a "lemon" made at the factory on a Friday.

Can’t beat the price.
