    Should have had antivirus and antimalware preinstalled . I battled pop-ups for 2-3 days. Very time consuming fixing this problem.

    Has been easy to learn the new windows 8 operating system. The 10 key pad helps me work quickly on my documents, and plus has its own built cd drive that i use for movies on the big screen it has.

    I have only had this laptop a few weeks. I love it! Everybody warned me about getting a computer with widows 8, but I haven't had a problem yet.

    My daughter loves this machine, it has face recognition DVDs burning an HDMI slot. And with the 500gig Hd there is plenty of room for the storage of music, videos and schoolwork. It's just great
