Okay performance, not great, poor salesman
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was helped by a Dell rep who talked me into this model because it supposedly had office installed and I wouldn't have to buy versus another brand. It did not and it had less computing power than the other brand. I don't like the mouse Touch pad at all. It is so touchy and sometimes it doesn't work at all.

Great laptop for those who love touch screen

I let my grandkids try it out, and was fun to watch them know just what to do. I will be passing this on to them for Christmas - and have ordered a different laptop for me with a larger non-touch screen - better for my older eyes anyway!

Fantastic budget laptop, mostly

Returned it and picked up a different laptop. Not sure if typical for the unit but didn't want to risk it. Worked really well even when the wireless didn't. Spent a little more to avoid reliability issues.
