Touch screen works well. But the sound is not very loud even at 100% it's hard to hear - must be something wrong!

My wife is a retired teacher and we needed to update a ten year old toshiba.most of our daily tasks are don on IPads .this fils the void that they cannot accomplish . Love the machine ,great price

I have had no problems with this computer except that the display does not fill the screen. There is about a 1/4 inch margin around the image. I called Dell support and he tried hard to resolve it and was going to send me a box to ship it for repair. I decided not to do this because I can live with the situation and don't think it is a hardware issue. Some day a graphics driver or BIOS update may fix it. Overall the computer and Windows 8.1 is working fine.

The touchscreen works great; bought two > one for me and one for my Dad who physically cannot use a mouse.

Overall good Laptop. The matte finishing of the laptop looks superb. Bestbuy gave the best deal on this laptop. Once full charged it can run for 4-5 hours on battery. only shortcoming that i have experienced is clicking and holding left mouse button locks the right mouse button and vice versa. Though this is not an issue but while playing online games you might experienced this shortcoming that requires both mouse button(Though you can buy an external mouse for gaming purpose as its not recommended to use laptop mouse pad for gaming)

This laptop has CD/DVD RW drive, USB ports, touch screen. Fan at side rather than bottom. WiFi. It is fast and easy to use. It is a bit heavy but I like it a lot. Great value for the money.

I have not complaints, since I know what is was buying. I am doing development using Visual Studio, some web surfing, and some basic office work with the laptop. The computer is working perfectly for the intended use. Winows 8.1 is much more stable than Win 7 and I highly recommend it. Overall, the laptop meets the average everyday demands.

It's a piece of garbage. The 4gb of ram make the computer run as if it was made in the 1990's.

I use it for work and home. I wasn't a fan of Windows 8 but having the touchscreen makes it much better. I haven't had any issues at all. I'd recommend this laptop to a friend.

It is a Ok Laptop, having a very low speaker sound and screen resolution is not that great.

I absolutely love this laptop! Easy setup and easy to navigate!

Setup and use are as intuitive as one would expect with a hardware change combined with a MS Opsys change. MS "upgrades" always require a bit of hit and miss discovery, and Dell's keyboard sensitivity challenges simply add to it. But, the value equation is very good. This is my fourth or fifth in about ten years; typical, since the hardware wears out in about two years when operated 24 hours/day.

Touch screen was not working when I got it home, had to bring back for replacement. Now 11 months later touchscreen is starting to fail: screen goes green sometimes - have to open & close screen slightly (probably issue w/ cable/connectors/ or motherboard itself. Seems like good laptop, but 2 screen issues in 1 year is surprising for a Dell. Had a few Dell's and generally like them.
