I am enjoying having this Dell product, it is fast and so far very reliable. I especially like the active screen.

Good overall laptop for the money. The mouse pad takes a little getting use to.

I really have loved this laptop! My only complaint would be that the mouse seems to get mixed up easy. "Which is more likely me needing to learn to use it"

i bought my laptop after doing my homework online. The process of purchasing it was fast and efficient when I went to the store. I left it with the Geek Squad to set up. I was given regular updates as to the progress and notified when it was ready. I went in and worked with Corey to discuss all the details I needed to know about the computer. Corey was wonderful. Although it was a busy morning Corey was very patient and thorough in working with me. He is a great asset to the store and very knowledgeable. Thanks for the great experience and excellent customer service.

This is a good laptop for the price and it has a decent processor and def a good video card. I would definitely recommend to a friend

I've only had my laptop for a few weeks, but so far, it is great. Still trying to get adapted to using the touchscreen, but it will come with time.

Its a good deal for the price. A touch Screen laptop doesn't come for such low prices. Only thing I didn't like was the plastic feeling of the whole body.

I got this for my friends daughter and she loves it so I would say it is a good starter for college

I am enjoying my Dell laptop Inspiron 13 and learn something new about it almost every day. I had problems with it not turning on one crucial morning when I needed a report I had done on it. I took it to Best Buy and the Geek Squad took the battery out, waited a few minutes and put it back. I has worked fine every since. That was great, because I was frantic to make it on time to the meeting with the report!
