Nice size. Touch screen option. Still getting used to Windows 10 All and all great for the price

This is a great laptop for the price! It's got a ton of storage, lightweight and a huge touchscreen which I thought was pretty cool! One of my best buy's to date!

It took a little bit to get used to the touch pad, but other than that this laptop boots up quickly and is good for both work and surfing. Really like the touchscreen as well.

I bought this laptop for my son to do schoolwork, web browsing, and play games (Minecraft, Roblox, Steam games, etc). This is the perfect combination of performance and value that suits my son's needs really well and fit my budget. This has plenty of RAM, a decent processor, a huge hard drive, and a really nice looking screen. I wasn't expecting a touchscreen at this price, so it was a nice surprise when I came across this model in the local BestBuy store! For us, this laptop is fast, Windows 10 runs great on it, and the touchscreen is cool. I'm really impressed with this laptop.

Dell Laptop the Laptop works good and the Laptop I brought was on a great price with offered features with DVD Drive and speed. I use for small office and no complains and I recommend this laptop.

Value for money product. I like it. Only concern is plastic used on outer body looks cheap.

I PURCHASE IT FOR WORK, ITS A GOOD PURCHASE, UNTIL IT STARTS TO UPDATE, IT STILL WORK FINE, BUT THE MORE IT UPDATES THE SLOWER IT GETS AND I DONT KNOW HOW TO TAKE OFF AUTOMATIC UPDATES. BUT I STILL LOVE IT. BATTERY LIFE GOOD ITS TOO EASY FOR A 3RD PERSON ACCESS, WELL THE APS THEY INSTALL ALLOW IT, BUT I BELIEVE IT HAS TO BE ACCESS. USE TO LOAD FAST BEFORE UPDATES, STILL DOES BUT NOT AS FAST AT IT USED TO.

This laptop has worked really well, I would have liked the option of having the older windows installed as the new windows is not my best in personal choice.

I like to take a lot of pictures and then edit them to use for my paintings. The touch screen makes it incredibly easy to accomplish this and the laptop itself has plenty of memory to store everything I need.

I was in need of a new laptop ASAP. Even though I wasn't interested in the touchscreen, it had good reviews, and was within my price range. So glad I got it! And I even find myself using the touchscreen!

We love the Dell products and were pleased to see a very reasonably priced laptop for our college student. We especially like that it has a 1TB in memory.

I originally went into Best But for a different computer but as I was looking at this one I liked fact that the amount of memory and the hard drive capacity features was just slightly more than the one I originally went in for. I works great. I'm still not quite sure all the features this computer has to offer not as user friendly as any Apple product but it does what I need and the price was decent..

Wonderful computer. I love the touch screen. The computer is very fast. It has been problem free. Powerful enough for complicated tax preparation software. I highly recommend this computer.

I think the touch screen is great easy to use. Pictures are clear and lots of storage.

My son has found the computer very easy to use. He loves the touch screen and the storage is great since he has a lot of college work to keep up with.

This is a solid Laptop that we purchased to get Windows10. It works well and is fast.

I was looking for a cheap laptop just for school. As an accounting major I needed something that had a 10 key along with a decent size screen to allow for side by side layout. Well like I said I was looking for a cheaper laptop to get me through the school, but I did not imagine something like this. The computer constantly freezes on me and it's only 2 weeks old, and I literally only use it for school work. The scroll pad works (sometimes) - I think this is because the screen is a touch screen so I think it has something to do with not being able to detect when I am using the touch screen or not. As for the battery life - it's decent. My classes are 4.5 hours long, and on a full charge will last the entire class and have some time afterwards. Overall what can I say. I wanted a cheap laptop and that is exactly what I received. I do not anticipate to use this at all once I graduate.

I read the reviews before purchasing this laptop. I retired my old Dell desktop and opted for something smaller and portable. I've been using Dell equipment satisfactorily for many years and really didn't look at any other brand. Some of the reviews were of concern but led me to think it possible the reviewer might not have, I guess, done things the Dell way, so to speak. By that I mean they may have been used to the operation of other brands and found changing difficult. So I bought it. It is fast, It is handy. In fact I liked almost everything about it. I don't use a touch screen much but this one seems to work well. My only points of contention were the keyboard and the touch pad. First, the keyboard. It flexes more than I like. This is something I could no doubt get used to but because it is laptop size I chose to get a full size wireless keyboard which works well with the laptop. The touch pad is overly sensitive for my use. I found myself accidentally clicking on things I had not intended to click on. There is probably a setting to correct that but the keyboard I bought came with a wireless mouse so it eliminated the necessity. The computer came with Windows 10 which is, so far at least, more user friendly and capable than was 7 or certainly 8. Finally, this unit has good battery time which improves portable use greatly over my previous company laptop. In all, I really like the new Dell and I can definitely recommend it.

I have a phone and a tablet that I use all of the time so I never really needed a laptop. Now that I am back in school I decided to get one. I didn't want anything super expensive or anything that was fully loaded because I just have no need for it. So this laptop is perfect for me. The price is great for a great laptop. It can be a little slow, but nothing that doesn't allow me to do my homework.
