Is this the world's greatest laptop? No. Is it great at what it is? Yes. This is a basic, no frills everyday laptop. If you are looking to just use your laptop for the internet, "office" type stuff, and social media, then this is a good choice. It has plenty of power to accomplish those tasks and comes with a good amount of storage for pictures and music.

This laptop is an excellent value for the price. It runs every program/app I have put on it and I love the bluetooth and touch screen. The only downside is the sensitivity of the touchpad as it uses the touchpad for right / left click and is overly sensitive. Even adjusting the sensitivity in control panel to the least sensitve option did little to help.

This laptop is a fast machine. The touchscreen is nice. The touchpad works nicely. Applications open quickly. The transition from Windows 7 to Windows 10 was easy.

I have grown to depend on the touch screen application. The bag that I purchased to carry my laptop in is both functional and stylish. I have purchased products from Best Buy for years so, along with the awesome customer service from the sales associate who helped me, this Best Buy experience left me leaving the store feeling very happy.

Great laptop. Not much memory out of the box, so recommend purchasing some. Lightweight but durable. More than enough disk space. Touch screen works great. 5/5

Only thing I would like is more installed software.

This computer performed as advertised. The price is good. Just will like it to come in 14 inch so can be easy to carry around

Touch screen is interesting and Windows 10 is new to me.

I bought this laptop for my family who primarily uses it for internet browsing and netflix/youtube videos. It has a good amount of 1TB storage and the memory of 6GB keeps the performance very good. Its bit on the heavy size in weight but since we don't carry around the laptop much, its ok. Overall, very pleased with the laptop.

I bought this laptop for my own personal use because for the price, you can't find much better features. A 5th generation Intel I3 processor, touchscreen, bluetooth, wireless AC, 6 GB Ram, 1 TB hard drive, and still has a CD/DVD slot. Its not easy to get to, but this laptop can be upgraded to a whopping 16 GB of Ram. Thanks Dell! Have nothing bad to say about it, except maybe the speakers. A little tinny for my like, but a small gripe. Overall, a fantastic laptop.

I am satisfied with my Dell touch screen laptop my only issue is window 10. I don't care for all the apps on the start up screen, maybe it's just old and use to windows 7, all in all a great product for what I mainly use it for, surfing the web and multi-media!
