I am a big fan of the touch screen. With a little practice, this laptop is easy to navigate.

Needed a laptop for my high school son. Great computer for the price. Touch screen is a major bonus. Purchased malware protection & received 50% off (bundle) Battery life could last a little longer but all in all great computer!

It's a good laptop for the collage students with such a lower price and good specification.The laptop works faster than expected.

I was hesitant to purchase because of the Windows 10. Some of my software had to be updated because my existing software was not compatible. Really is a good computer for the price. I work remotely and I haven't had any speed issues, I love the touchscreen features when I am helping a client. It is very lightweight and has a 10 key, so I got everything I was looking for and I have now learned Windows 10.

This is my first touchscreen computer. I find it to be very sensitive to use. Using the touchpad works better. Windows 10 takes some getting used to, but seems to work much better than Vista did. Overall, I am satisfied with it.

I had a dell pc about 10 years ago and I wasn't that impressed even though my computer genius friend recommended them. however, this pc is nearly perfect especially for the price I got at best buy. only minor quibble is that it takes a little while longer to turn on that I would like.

I use this laptop at home. My wife like taking picture to all that call her attention and the hard disk memory capacity is excellent for storing all the pictures she wants. We are very satisfied with the performance shown up to now. The price I got from Best Buy couldn't be better!

I bought this laptop to replace an old Dell that i had. It has been a great laptop for the price.

This Dell product is just what the doctor ordered! Simple and easy to use, it responds to your touch (touchscreen ) and Cortana even talks to you, answering your questions about the unit. I REALLY LOVE THIS PURCHASE, and am so pleased I finally have a "Dell Experience." Thank you.

At this price, the machine is great. Comes with i3 processor, 6GB RAM, and 1TB HDD. Windows 10 makes it more user-friendly but the machine observes few lags sometimes due to updates windows. I didn't use Win 7 on this machine but I am sure it would be a seamless experience.

It's a decent computer, good touch screen accuracy and sensibility. Really good for the price. Could be faster though.

I recommend this for students is a good quality and runs goodand fast , a lot storage As exelent for music, pic and more.

I was very happy with the amount of memory aND storage that came in this computer and that I was able to get it on sale.

This laptop met my expectations, load up times after a full shutdown takes bout a min. Laptop has good speed while multitasking and is quiet. Touchscreen is a plus but not having the screen bend all the way back seems pointless, you can turn off the touchscreen features as well if you have no care for it. Overall a very good laptop for the price. If you do some research and are handy with installing parts for laptops you can't go wrong here. This laptop could easily be more powerful.

Being a Real Estate Agent and needing to boot up quickly and upload I, find this laptop to be fast and efficient dealing with the applications and the documents that I use. I have been using this laptop for approx. 1 month and use it daily. I would recommend this to anyone looking to be efficient and user friendly. I was skeptical about the touch screen at first but have found that I use it more than I thought I would. I use this laptop primarily for internet surfing and occasionally for work and school related projects. So far I have been very pleased with it and I would buy it again.

Very nice computer for the price. Touch screen works great. I purchased the geek squad extended warranty. It costs less than the dell extended warranty and offers more coverage. I live near a Best Buy. This makes it easy to go into the store and get my questions answered.
