Great laptop for the money. Lots of features lIke touchscreen makes it worth the money. I couldn't be happier.

Found this computer on sale for $399 and then went back on Labor day to upgrade the protection and BestBuy informed me the laptop was on sale for $319 and they made sure I was refunded the difference. For the price you can't beat this computer. Bought this for my son as a high school graduation and get ready for college gift and he is thrilled. It has a slim compact design, battery life seems satisfactory, and we have no complaints as far as the performance.

Bought this as a backup machine for my primary laptop. Initially had some problems with a few bad sectors on the disk, however, a few chkdsk's later and all is well. Been solid and stable since. No frills, but for the price, does the job I needed it to do.

Great laptop. Did not want to spend a fortune on a laptop but wanted something reliable. I like Windows 10.

This is not the fastest laptop available, but for the price it is a good value. The touch screen is responsive and is a nice feature to have. Works well for basic computing (internet browsing, office applications, etc.). Build quality is reasonable.

got a great price on a Dell with solid features. the only drawback is the case and keyboard are solid black throughout and the annoying occasional message about the charger being incompatible with the battery sometimes when starting from a Sleep.

Does what it needs to. Plenty of storage for pics and tunes. Touch screen is pretty cool for a laptop!

We did not need a superfast laptop with lots of bells and whistles for what we use it for, but this has been a very good one. Serves our needs well.

I had different brand It was a real let down It was also defective ,I love the DELL laptop & the touch screen so I don't fight w/ a mouse. can use 1 & do ocassionally but pretty much just my finger. I just love this DELL & highly recommend

Windows 10 is definitely a transition. Quite different from Windows 7. Touch screen is great! Works flawlessly. The 30 day McAfee software was a joke. Didn't protect the computer like it should. Installed Trend and cleaned it right up!

I purchased this computer for work as I am going to be working from home. My job required me to have a certain processing speed and memory storage. This computer exceeded their requirements. I had not done much research on this product before purchasing (it was recommendation from a Best Buy employee) and I found that this computer is perfect for me. It has a touch screen which I was not looking for but is a nice touch.

I purchased this laptop for a friend who was re-entering school and not very tech-savvy. I am pleased to say that he was very satisfied with this product, and the added bonus was the touch screen, it frees you up from having to use a physical mouse and/or using the laptop's built in mouse, which I personally don't enjoy using. This laptop offers the functions of a computer with the ease and familiarity of a tablet.

I had an older desktop and wanted a new computer that was a laptop. I don't stream or game so I just needed something basic. This is easy to use and a welcome upgrade in speed, and it was economical. I really couldn't ask for more.
