I have enjoyed my computer so far. I like being able to use the touch screen because it simplifies using some programs I have. I'm still not very good with Windows 10 but I will get there. Overall I am very happy with my purchase.

Purchased this laptop for my son who's entering the 6th grade. It has everything he needs and he likes the option of having the touch screen. If your looking for a good laptop in the $300 range, you can't go wrong with this one.

Very happy with product and Windows Ten Software. Computer is fast and Win 10 is intuitive.

This low cost laptop performs as expected. Gave 4 stars due to using Hard drive instead of Solid State Drive. Otherwise, dual core processor works well. Use for travelling, web surfing, word, excel, etc... Wireless network connection is fast 5 Ghz. Stepping up from tablet style laptops using 2 GB ram and small 32 or 64 GB electronic drive is the reason for spending the extra $100 or so (bought when on sale). I have replaced the HHD with SSD - fully increased the performance. You need to be have experience with working with computers and replacing hard drives to perform. Have to fully take case apart to get to the hard drive (need to remove keyboard, DVD drive, and rear cover). Unless planning on reinstalling software, need to have ability to clone the hard drive.

I looked at several different computers before selecting this one. For the price, it has all of the capabilities that I required. It was easy to setup and use right away.

I was looking for a laptop for my dad and this one exceeded expectations with all the capabilities it had including the touch screen. The only challenge was the new version of Microsoft which made it challenging at first.

You get what you pay for. For the price, it's fine. Maybe it's because I'm getting used to Windows 10, Microsoft edge, and the touchscreen, buts it seemed a little "clunky" to start with. Maybe it gets better- we'll see.

It was exactly as expected. Laptop runs great and I was thankful that I purchased the Geek Squad protection since my new laptop got a virus less than a month after purchasing it despite the virus protection I bought. Geek Squad had me bring it in to Best Buy and they literally had it fixed in less than 5 minutes! I am not a gamer so I can't say how well it would function for that but for everyone else I would highly recommend this laptop!

I originally purchased a lower priced Dell and returned it since with was cheaply made. I still didn't want to spend a lot of money for another pc. This laptop has met my performance criteria and at a reasonable price.

This Notebook came with Windows 10 and more than met my expectations. Had Windows 7 and 8 before. Hated 8 and went back to 7. Now with Windows 10 I have found a winner. Notebook has long battery life and is lightweight.

I purchased this laptop since I previously owned Dell Inspiron before and I am still using it for 3 years with no issues. Dell laptops are reliable and easy to use. I liked the touch screen and the build of this laptop.

It performs well for my needs but I don't use it for any intensive graphics or math processing. I do use it for some lengthy data import processes though which it runs well as long as i don't need them to run overnight. The computer comes with windows 10 which is a negative since windows 10 ignores the setting to not automatically install updates and reboot. This means it can update and reboot at any time that windows thinks the computer is not being used so any process left running for a long time is at risk of being interrupted. It's actually a problem with windows 10 though not the computer itself.
