My husband needed a new laptop for personal and business documents and this one is great. He had Windows Vista so his old laptop was OLD. Loves Windows 10 and this laptop does everything he needs it too. He has always had DELL computers so he trusted the name.

I LOVE MY DELL LAPTOP, AND WINDOWS 10, EVERYBODY SAYS WINDOWS 10 IS DIFFICULT, I DON'T SEE IT. I HAD A COUPLE OF ISSUES AT FIRST, BUT GEEK SQUAD FIXED EVERYTHING.

Our first experience with a laptop and we are delighted with this one's performance. We are retired and love the fact that we can use the laptop in more places than being only in one spot. This a great laptop with Windows 10 and has great tutorials to teach the new features of the update. We are delighted with the Dell product and the new computer life it provides for us! A great purchase!

Purchased on sale. Have had problems with an overheating warning and a flickering/stuck screen when booting up. Touch screen is nice, performs operations quickly.

I purchased this computer for school work and graduate classes. The touch screen is ideal for navigating long documents, and the battery life is satisfactory when the computer is in use for long periods of time.

At first I was a little overwhelmed as I am not real savvy on the computer. After, spending some time navigating on my own I was very pleased with how much easier some things were to do... I am still learning!

I love my new laptop, the only struggle I am having is learning the new layout and using microsoft edge. But I'm sure I would have that on any windows upgraded laptop. The price was great! I highly recommend.

I had purchased two slightly earlier versions of this laptop for my wife and our son. I thought that I didn't need a personal laptop because I have one for my work.....and I was so wrong. I regularly found myself borrowing their laptops because I really like the large screen and the touchscreen feature. The one that I purchased has more RAM and I bigger hard drive. Very pleased!

We've had this laptop for a few months now and we are still very happy with it. I love, love, love that it has a number pad on the keyboard. So much easier to use then the hunt and peck of the top row.

Good weight, good battery life, good construction. Feels better than my old Toshiba satellite that felt like it was almost hollow. Only complaint is i wish you could easily access the hard drive and RAM. I've had a laptop hard drive fail in the past and paid big bucks for a new drive to be installed. I just like the peace of mind of having user friendly hard drive access.

Bought this laptop for beginning college student. She loved the fact that it had Windows 10 with a touch screen. It has been easy for her to carry the laptop to her classes, because of the size and weight.

Pretty easy to use. I replaced a deceased desktop with it and it's been doing what I need, but I don't get very complex. It's had a minor hiccup a couple of times starting, but rebooting takes care of that.

This is a great value, I like the touch screen and the storage capacity.

like all the features windows 10 has and having owned a dell inspirion before many years ago it is still working but a dinasaur compared to the newer laptops, still love dell as a good operating electronic

Computer has plenty of hard drive space. The processor is fair for speed. Has a touch screen that has come in handy. I bought 3 of these for some new sales people and couldn't beat the price to value.

It was one of the few that met my requirements for a laptop. The one I had picked out they didn't have in stock. So this was my 2nd choice. It was easier to use than I expected. So am pleased with that.
