Easily adapting to a touch screen, but not liking Microsoft Edge so much, or Windows 10. Wish they'd just quit screwing around with things and just tweak them instead of giving them major revamps.

I enjoy using this laptop mainly because of the touch screen function that makes scrolling down the page faster. Overall this is a nice computer with a lot of programs available and easy to find files.

My first one I had to take back but this one works great no issues. My first one had an issue with the optical drive. I brought this one home and used the optical drive a lot with no issues. The features on this is all I wanted and more. For the money I could not ask for a better computer. After three weeks I still have some features to try out but am using what I need.

We bought this laptop after having issues with two others of a different model. We didn't know it was touch screen but that is awesome! Our 1yr old likes the touch screen too so we have to watch her.

I bought this lap top for a travel computer. Works great for what I needed good on the road lap top battery life is good , down fall is touch pad is not the best . But good computer for the price

I've bought 8 of these in the past few weeks for our office. These computers have all of the basics at a great price. They're simple to setup and I haven't had any problems with any of them yet.

Have had it 3 weeks, but have only used it to upload photos and watch slide shows of them. It processe fast.. The screen color is great. Really vivid color. It came with software from Cyberlink for the media player, but I didn't find it user friendly and I don't have time to learn new software. I just went to file explorer and opened pictures to create a new file. I am disappointed that when I click on File Explorer, it takes quite a while for it to open. I'm sure the Best Buy geeks can solve that issue. I'm happy with my purchase, big screen with vivd color. It processes batches of pictures very fast. A 20 minute video took less than 3 minutes to upload, I guess that's good.

This laptop is my right arm! I do everything on this from staying in touch with family, to online gaming, to online classes, to storing thousands of videos and pics! I love it best purchase ever!

Really great laptop for the price. We've been impressed with the great display and sturdy construction. And touch screen to boot! Really do recommend this if you're needing a laptop for web browsing and word processing and the like.

great for basic needs. does not come with any word products. the sizing of display keeps changing on it's own. still a good computer for price.

Needed a second laptop my son and I are both in school. Bought the laptop for me .Good price, like the touch screen. It does freeze up a little but overall very satisfied with my purchase

This laptop does everything I want it to do quickly and easily. The laptop is lightweight, starts up quick, and has lots of storage space for all of your pictures and music. The Windows 10 is easy enough to get used to, Dell support is great. I love this inexpensive little laptop.

This machine is a good buy for the money. It does what it needs to, yet, is not over priced. It is not a game machine, so don't buy it for that, but it will do most workhorse stuff easily.
