This laptop will serve as a fantastic machine for any college student. The i3 processor is enough to handle today's everyday applications. This is by no means a gaming laptop but can handle many functions with zero issues. I suggest at least the i3 processor for 2016 applications.

Purchased as a gift for someone who was using a 10+ year old Dell Inspiron with Windows XP. This is a huge improvement both aesthetically and system wise. Windows 10 is easy to maneuver.

Easy-to-use laptop with a lot capabilities with a huge hard drive. It had everything I needed Bluetooth a card reader plenty of USB ports Wi-Fi plus a touch screen. It's a decent laptop.

Laptop is great for light to medium user. Don't expect a i7 performance on this machine. However, most day to day job will be done with this pc like internet, word, spreadsheet, etc

The computer is awesome for the most part once you get things downloaded. Not excite about talking with foreigners that I can't understand when trying to troubleshoot certain issues.

It runs pretty fast but they went kinda cheap on the screen and the two finger scrolling on the TouchPad stops working a lot and I have to restart the laptop. Overall it functions decent for what I need it for but it's kind of a hassle to have to restart it all the time

Memory is great which has 6GB. And the screen is large and the hard disk is more storage. Overall this laptop is big value for the money. Definitely this is best buy in this range.

Purchased computer for my father, who is challenged by technology. Touchscreen is helpful for older users who might have dexterity problems. However, screen/computer can be slow.

When my old computer unexpectedly crashed I took it to Best Buys' Geek Squad. Unfortunately, it was dead and couldn't be revived. I had to choose a computer fast. I wanted to buy either a Toshiba or Asus Computer. Although they had it on the selling floor, it was not in stock. That left me with two choices that were in stock. One was the Dell Computer that I purchased. So far, it has been a trouble free computer. I hope it remains that way; since I have only had it one month, it is hard to tell. Necessity dictated that I purchase a brand that I really didn't want.. However, Best Buys' lack of selection, has left me turned off to going there.

Purchased this laptop as my three year old laptop has been running painfully slow, even after being serviced. This laptop runs quickly and smoothly and is quite easy to maneuver.

It is a very good laptop with 6GB of Ram to handle multitasking and 1 TB storage that will satisfy your storage needs. I recommend this product if your budget is less than $400.
