Found the computer on a discounted table and bought it for my wife. I wanted to up grade her from the notebook computer she was using to a laptop computer. She loves it as it has all of the features she wanted and then some.

Fast and reliable. Only wish that the mouse was a little more sensitive. Perfect for browsing the Internet, checking email and streaming videos.

It's light and easy to use. Not sure if it's slow because the laptop needs more speed or bc the virus protection that came with it slows it down, but it is not as fast as other pcs I own.

I do like my laptop. It does have a touch screen that helps speed up the surveys I enjoy taking. Occasionally the keyboard is extra sensitive.

This is probably the best laptop that is under 500.00. Love that you can use touch or the mousepad.

I thought it would be heavier and won't be faster, but it is actually good in performance and normal day to day activities working very good.

Bought this as a gift. It had all of the features that I thought he might need. Great for e-mail and streaming videos. Touch screen, nice crisp image, happy with the purchase. Liked it because it was reasonably priced.

My Dell laptop does everything I need it to do and then some. Imagine my surprise when I realized it had a touch screen too! I just love it!

Good computer for the price. The touchpad is a little sluggish at times, but overall pretty good.

This was easy to set up, and the prompts lead you through how to get it going. Once you have finished entering all of your information, the laptop proceeds to save your settings and boot up. It is lightweight, and the size is optimal. For me, the 17 inch laptops are too big. The 15 inch ones are ideal, in that they are easier to tote around and store. This is a great laptop for someone who is looking for an inexpensive laptop!

A great option for a new computer. Nothing super fancy, but you still get the latest technology!

This is a great simple solid laptop. It has good battery life. The touch screen works good and is easy to use. Good bargain for the money

As with any new computer, you will want to set it up to your liking. I had no problem catching on to Windows 10 and changing the settings.
